Setup / Onboarding Fee
100% of $50
The Company charges each customer a $50 USD setup fee. Upon successful completion of the Onboarding Checklist and written customer confirmation, the full $50 belongs to you — no split, no deductions.
A flat 30% on net revenue from every Qualified Sale during the first 12 months. No performance tiers in Year 1 — full 30% regardless of how many sales you make. A Qualified Sale must remain active beyond 30 days.
Lifetime Residual Commission (Year 2+)
5% → 10% → 15%
Performance-based recurring commission on all active clients you brought, for as long as they stay subscribed. Tier is recalculated annually based on new sales count in the prior 12 months.

Complete 12 Verified Demos within a single calendar month to receive a $50 USD bonus. All 3 verification criteria must be met per demo. The Company may audit up to 20% of demos.

First-registered in CRM wins. Leads protected 60 days with active engagement. Inactive leads may be reassigned. Company direct-marketing leads excluded from partner eligibility.

Early Customer Cancellation
100% commission returned if client cancels within 3 months. 50% returned between months 3–6. Zero clawback after 6 months. Fraud and chargebacks treated as invalid sales.

Fraud & Misrepresentation
Falsified demo records or fraudulent commission claims → immediate termination without notice + forfeiture of all pending payments. Up to 20% of demos may be audited directly.
ℹ Agreement
Term & Minimum Activity
1-year auto-renewable. 30-day written notice to terminate. Minimum: 3 sales/year OR 20 outreach contacts/month with active CRM updates. Failure triggers performance review before termination.

Onboarding duty (Section 4.6): After each sale you must conduct initial training in the local language within 7 days, ensure the customer can perform core tasks, and submit the signed Onboarding Checklist within 48 hours. Inadequate onboarding reported within 14 days of go-live may result in withholding of the setup fee payment.
Demo Verification (Section 8.1)

All 3 criteria must be met for every demo. 12 verified demos/month unlocks the $50 activity bonus. The Company may randomly audit up to 20% of reported demos.

Detailed meeting notes in Company CRM: clinic name, contact, features discussed, next steps agreed.

Trial Account
A trial account must be created for the prospect where applicable — proof of genuine clinic engagement.

Follow-up Sent
A follow-up email or message sent to the clinic contact after the demo, verifiable as recorded communication.
Audit notice: Any falsified demo record results in immediate forfeiture of the monthly bonus and may trigger agreement termination under Section 11 (Zero Tolerance). No exceptions.
